Governor- a 14hand, 5 year old piebald stallion cob.
Has median whorl above eye level within blaze. Flesh markings on muzzle and lower chin containing black patches. Crest whorl anterior left and right neck. Dorsal neck and mane white. Ventral neck and chest black. Feathered whorl lower half trachea. White limbs. Black/roaned patches on left and right belly, flank and thighs. White tail, buttocks, back, saddle, and girth. Feathered whorl on flanks, pectorals. Scar across chest. Wolf tooth upper left. Medial splint and cracked heels left and right forelegs. Unshod, broken hooves. Medial splint right hind leg.
